Bambu and Geo have to be two of the hardest working cats in the game and the movement, period. And when they get on the same track? Filthy. This comes by way of the homie, Tad, who put in work shooting and editing this behind the scenes look at the video for “Slow Down,” featuring Geologic (Prometheus Brown) of Blue Scholars. “We chose this location, IMIX Bookstore in Eagle Rock, because it just kind of fits the mood of the song. The running theme of “Paper Cuts” is gentrification, budget cuts, that’s why it’s titled “Paper Cuts.” This is a perfect example of a Mom and Pop business trying to stay afloat.”
